Recommendation to read Gorgeously Green

I recently spoke to my mother and she told me of a book called "Gorgeously Green" by Sophie Uliano. It was quite a refreshing read and an eye opening experience. Her information on websites and facts was amazing to me. It was very easy to understand. It is amazing to me all the stuff society as a whole doesn't know, or maybe don't want to. It is true what they say ignorance is bliss. I was quite appalled at the fact my shampoo I had been using since I was a small child rated an 8 out of 10(10 being the most dangerous.). I suffer from a hormone imbalance and wonder now all these years did I do it to my self. I am on constant medicine for this. I have of course stopped using this so called product and refuse to every buy anything from this company again. The name of the product you ask "Suave". No Suave products will ever touch my skin or the skin of my family again.

That is so true about how ignorance can be bliss! The more I learn about the toxins in our environment and in everyday products, I realize the more vigilant I need to be. Thanks for the book recommendation. I will keep my eyes out for it.

When I read that book it changed my entire perspective on beauty products. I only use organic and natural products now. Using face cloths in my natural skin routine has really improved the condition of my face.
